Join a year-round program with clear pricing, flexible payments, and a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. Your form shows exact tuition, savings, and payment dates before you submit—nothing to calculate.
The Competitive Club Year
A complete club year includes Fall, Winter Training, Spring, and Summer Training. Tuition covers three scheduled practices weekly during competitive seasons, coaching, technical oversight, fields, league games, league registration, and player insurance.
There are no additional mandatory team fees. Uniforms—typically $150–$200—and optional tournaments or travel are separate. Optional costs are shared in advance.

Age groups are determined for the purchased club year.
Save $250 with Early Commitment. Your first payment must be received by April 1 before the upcoming club year. Registering alone does not secure the discount.
GK Scholarship: invited goalkeepers receive 15% off the entire adjusted tuition for any enrollment option, including Spring only and bundles. It applies after Early Commitment, bundle savings, and date adjustments, before card fees.
Manager discount: eligible managers receive $750 off eligible tuition and may combine it with Early Commitment. In a bundle, it applies to the following club year, not the current-season portion. Manager discounts and GK Scholarships do not stack; if both apply, the larger is used.
Joining During the Year
Available options depend on the date and your player’s current enrollment.
- The rest of this club year, through May 30: tuition gradually decreases after August 15. On December 1, a larger start-date adjustment brings tuition to $2,000 for Winter Training + Spring, then tuition continues decreasing through May. From March 1, enrollment covers the remaining Spring season.
- The rest of this year + following club year, December 1–May 29: save 35% on the remaining current-season tuition, including Winter Training while available. On December 1, that portion is $1,300 instead of $2,000. Add the following club year’s tuition and save another $250 with Early Commitment when eligible. Your form shows the exact combined price and savings.
- Following club year, opening February 1: from May 30 onwards, eligible new participants can also join the remaining Spring free with next-year enrollment. Enrollment includes Summer Training.
Spring runs March–June. Date adjustments accrue daily at approximately $200 per 30 days, with adjusted tuition rounded to the nearest $10. The bundle’s 35% discount applies to that adjusted current-season amount only and is rounded to the nearest dollar; it does not reduce the following club year’s tuition.
Payment Options
Payment is due at registration, in full or under an available plan:
- Upcoming club year, before July 25: $1,000 initially, with the remaining annual balance split between August 1 and December 1.
- Annual enrollment July 25–November 14: half initially and the remainder December 1.
- Current-year enrollment from November 15, or Spring only: payment in full.
- Spring + following year, with installments: the current-season amount plus $1,000 initially; the remaining annual balance is split between August 1 and December 1. For December registrations, both later payments fall in the next calendar year.
The form shows exact installments, including any card fee, with rounding differences settled in the final payment. The initial payment never exceeds the total owed. Installments are not a month-to-month membership.

Card via PayPal: 3% processing fee, rounded to the nearest dollar and already included in your total. Follow your registration email’s payment instructions.
Financial Aid
No payment is required when applying for aid. Complete registration and send your completed application to treasurer@cupertinofc.org promptly. Tuition and payment options are communicated privately. Submit both by April 1 to preserve Early Commitment eligibility.
Our 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Not the right fit? Email admin@cupertinofc.org within 14 calendar days of registration. We refund Club tuition paid, including Spring tuition and card fees, cancel unpaid installments, and process refunds within 14 business days.
Uniform purchases and optional tournament or travel expenses are not covered.
Your Enrollment Commitment
After the 14-day guarantee:
- Withdrawal on or before August 15 of the purchased club year cancels future annual installments; payments already made are nonrefundable.
- After August 15, annual tuition is nonrefundable and remaining installments stay due, even if the player leaves, changes clubs, or stops participating.
- Spring tuition is nonrefundable (unless within 14-day guarantee)
- Documented season-ending injury, qualifying relocation, or extraordinary hardship may receive confidential review. Adjustments are discretionary and apply to unpaid tuition first.
Before participation, complete registration, league and safety requirements, and payment or a financial-aid application. Enrollment is subject to roster space, eligibility, accurate information, and timely payment. Deadlines use Pacific Time. By registering, the parent or legal guardian agrees to these terms.
