Our Commitment to Transparency
At Cupertino FC, we believe families should know exactly what they’re paying for, exactly when payments are due, and exactly what happens if circumstances change. We don’t charge hidden fees, and we don’t surprise you with costs after you’ve committed. This document covers everything regarding our camps and our recreational program.
Registration and payment
Camp and recreational program registration and payment are processed through Active Network. Payment is by credit or debit card at the time of registration.
Camp Refund Policy
- Full refund if cancellation is requested at least 14 days before the camp start date.
- 50% refund if cancellation is requested 7–13 days before the camp start date.
- No refund for cancellations fewer than 7 days before the camp start date, or for no-shows.
- If Cupertino FC cancels a camp for any reason, a full refund will be issued.
Recreational Program Refund Policy
- Full refund if cancellation is requested before the first session.
- 50% refund if cancellation is requested within the first two weeks of the session.
- No refund after the second week of the session.
- Exceptions may be made for documented medical reasons — contact admin@cupertinofc.org
All camp and recreational refund requests should be directed to admin@cupertinofc.org. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
How We’re Different
We know that many clubs in this area charge registration fees plus hidden fees that can add $500+ per year on top of what you thought you were paying. We don’t do that. Your Cupertino FC registration fee is your total cost — coaching, training, fields, and insurance are all included.
